November 2, 2020I came in to get my eyebrows waxed as I had an important event coming up. The specialist who took care of me was extremely kind and sweet. She did a great job with my right eyebrow and I confirmed with her that I was very happy with it. But then, unfortunately, she over waxed the head of my left eyebrow. It looked quite strange. She did apologize and asked if she should try to fix it by thinning my right brow. But I didn't like the shape of the overwaxed brow at all. I told her to leave it and that I would just have to wait for the brow to grow out. But it just looks awful and they so obviously do not match. I will likely not come here for my brows again. It is sad because this place is so conveniently located! And the people are very kind, so I was reluctant to leave a less than stellar review.

I bring my whole family. The staff is so welcoming and do an amazing job! Not to mention the massages are awesome too. Also the perfect mother daughter dates. Highly recommended this company!!

September 5, 2019I've only been to this place once just before I moved out of the city. My experience there was great. This place is always busy so make sure you book in advance! I was only able to get waxing and manicure done that day. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. I was so glad they had Oribe nail polish and some luxury brands as well. The place was very clean and unlike many nail salons out there that have chemical smell that you could barely breathe, this one was nothing like those places! I would definitely make another appointment in the future soon when I'm in the city.

September 4, 2019There are numerous nail salons in Montreal, but very few compare to Look. The service is fabulous: fast without ever being rushed, personalized and professional. The salon is always clean and the ladies who work there, always pleasant. Would highly recommend!
