novembre 2, 2022Every time I go to Look, be it for a shellac Mani, Pedi, facial or waxing I have a truly amazing experience. The staff is always so patient and friendly, helpful with the process of choosing colours and always ready to serve a drink, hot or cold. The spa is sophisticated, beautiful and immaculate. They use personalized files and buffers for each client showing the degree to which their standards are. I am always recommending the salon, it is my place forever, every time I go I have a renewed appreciation for their services.

novembre 22, 2019Paid almost $150 for a standard pedicure and shellac manicure and the shellac manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later. I was staying at a hotel so I didn't even wash dishes or do any work with my hands. In five days I've had to go in twice for fixes. First time they were apologetic, second time they seemed mildly annoyed... It's too bad because the first tech was actually really lovely and personable. I think she got the blame but it must be the polish. I don't think I'll go back.

Service correct, mais sans plus et personne ne parle français. Mes ongles ont pris une éternité à sécher (j'ai dû attendre 20 minutes avant de pouvoir partir) et il a commencé à "glisser" dès le lendemain alors que je faisais la vaisselle. Et c'est quand même plus cher qu'ailleurs, on dirait qu'on paie pour le look de l'endroit et les vidéos de parade de mode!

They asked me to pay upfront before getting my nails done. the technician said she asks everyone to do so. however the whole time I was there they did not ask anyone else.needless to say I was the only person of colour there . its disgusting this happens in 2020 in Montreal.

Elle vérifiais régulièrement son travail et ses recommandations étaient très appréciée 🙂 merci mesdames vous êtes super ♡

I've only been to this place once just before I moved out of the city. My experience there was great. This place is always busy so make sure you book in advance! I was only able to get waxing and manicure done that day. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. I was so glad they had Oribe nail polish and some luxury brands as well. The place was very clean and unlike many nail salons out there that have chemical smell that you could barely breathe, this one was nothing like those places! I would definitely make another appointment in the future soon when I'm in the city.

août 20, 2019C’étais ma première expérience dans ce salon et ce ne sera pas la dernière. J’ai fais du shellac sur mes ongles naturels et le résultat était très bien. L’endroit est propre et beau. Les outils sortent des emballage de stérilisation. Les limes sont neuves. On ma offert un breuvage durant la séance ce qui est un petit plus positif. La seule chose que j’ai trouvé un peu dommage c’est la selection de couleurs disponible en shellac. J’avais une idée en tête et j’ai du la changer, car il n’y avait pas les couleurs que je souhaitais. Mais mise appart ca, la qualité du vernis est vraiment bonne. Ca fait deux semaines et ca tient encore a la perfection. J’ai meme pas de petit morceau arraché. Le shellac sur ongle naturel est 49$ Je recommande cette endroit pour la bonne qualité et le service.
