Always such a professional job done on the pedicure! This is my favorite place! Thanks! This salon is my number one choice! Quick story: about 3 weeks ago I went for a pedicure to another salon and complained about an ingrown nails to the pedicurist, she took some time and it felt like she did remove them, I went home, few days later same issue, I felt as if nothing was removed. Needless to say this company were attentive, professional and pain free when they fixed my ingrown nail issue and it's done! Awesomeness

août 18, 2019Amazing nail bar: the quality of the products is very good and long lasting, the service is excellent, the staff is super nice and accommodating and the manager is adorable! I go twice a month and I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend the place! ☺️

novembre 21, 2019Paid almost $150 for a standard pedicure and shellac manicure and the shellac manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later. I was staying at a hotel so I didn't even wash dishes or do any work with my hands. In five days I've had to go in twice for fixes. First time they were apologetic, second time they seemed mildly annoyed... It's too bad because the first tech was actually really lovely and personable. I think she got the blame but it must be the polish. I don't think I'll go back.

novembre 2, 2022I came in to get my eyebrows waxed as I had an important event coming up. The specialist who took care of me was extremely kind and sweet. She did a great job with my right eyebrow and I confirmed with her that I was very happy with it. But then, unfortunately, she over waxed the head of my left eyebrow. It looked quite strange. She did apologize and asked if she should try to fix it by thinning my right brow. But I didn't like the shape of the overwaxed brow at all. I told her to leave it and that I would just have to wait for the brow to grow out. But it just looks awful and they so obviously do not match. I will likely not come here for my brows again. It is sad because this place is so conveniently located! And the people are very kind, so I was reluctant to leave a less than stellar review.

novembre 2, 2020Came here today for a pedi and a fill with a color change. They did both and I gotta say they has been the best so far !! My pedi came out great and was the best ever !!! My lashes also came out super pretty!!! They gave me the exact shape I asked for and colored them perfect! The Look manicure salon is also cute and spacious, Great experience! Great service! Great crews! Great company.

août 27, 2019Every time I go to Look, be it for a shellac Mani, Pedi, facial or waxing I have a truly amazing experience. The staff is always so patient and friendly, helpful with the process of choosing colours and always ready to serve a drink, hot or cold. The spa is sophisticated, beautiful and immaculate. They use personalized files and buffers for each client showing the degree to which their standards are. I am always recommending the salon, it is my place forever, every time I go I have a renewed appreciation for their services.

I love this Look manicure. I always do my manicure and pedicures here. I have also done the deep waxing they has great products. Now i am doing my manicures too. I bring my whole family. The staff is so welcoming and do an amazing job! Not to mention the massages are awesome too. Also the perfect mother daughter dates. Highly recommended this company!!

They asked me to pay upfront before getting my nails done. the technician said she asks everyone to do so. however the whole time I was there they did not ask anyone else.needless to say I was the only person of colour there . its disgusting this happens in 2020 in Montreal.
