Не хочу нікого образити, але манікюр мені не сподобався, майстриня була неуважною під час виконання своіх послуг, покриття шелаком нерівномірне, манікюр робила дуже довго та невпевнено і заплатила я за це майже в 2 рази дорожче ніж сплачую у в’єтнамському салоні, при тому що там дівчата швидкі, уважні та надають послуги на гарному рівні. Можливо інші майстрині працюють краще, але повертатись щоб перевірити це я не маю жодного бажання. А ще покриття шелак не тримається і частково лак відпав

November 21, 2019I came in to get my eyebrows waxed as I had an important event coming up. The specialist who took care of me was extremely kind and sweet. She did a great job with my right eyebrow and I confirmed with her that I was very happy with it. But then, unfortunately, she over waxed the head of my left eyebrow. It looked quite strange. She did apologize and asked if she should try to fix it by thinning my right brow. But I didn't like the shape of the overwaxed brow at all. I told her to leave it and that I would just have to wait for the brow to grow out. But it just looks awful and they so obviously do not match. I will likely not come here for my brows again. It is sad because this place is so conveniently located! And the people are very kind, so I was reluctant to leave a less than stellar review.

June 2, 2023Je suis allée pour ma fête et la dame a pris son temps pour faire ma manicure et ma pédicure. Elle m'a même aidé à mettre mes bottes. En partant, quelques ongles étaient abîmés en allant aux toilettes, je suis retournée et la dame a refait les ongles abîmés sans problèmes. Très bon service, j'y retournerai.

There are numerous nail salons in Montreal, but very few compare to Look. The service is fabulous: fast without ever being rushed, personalized and professional. The salon is always clean and the ladies who work there, always pleasant. Would highly recommend!

August 16, 2018Paid almost $150 for a standard pedicure and shellac manicure and the shellac manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later. I was staying at a hotel so I didn't even wash dishes or do any work with my hands. In five days I've had to go in twice for fixes. First time they were apologetic, second time they seemed mildly annoyed... It's too bad because the first tech was actually really lovely and personable. I think she got the blame but it must be the polish. I don't think I'll go back.

The facility is beautiful and clean. Great about covid regulations and super beautiful and professional work. I’m a perfectionist and i loved the work and the friendly staff, and place very much!! Would highly recommend... treat yourself.

If you've not had an excellent experience yet, I would encourage you to keep shopping for the right manicurist. Look manicure did exceptional work. Highly recommend!

Always keeping on trend, the girls will definitely counsel you on which colour is best and which application will be the nicest. You always look amazing walking out of Look.. thank you ladies!
