    I came in to get my eyebrows waxed as I had an important event coming up. The specialist who took care of me was extremely kind and sweet. She did a great job with my right eyebrow and I confirmed with her that I was very happy with it. But then, unfortunately, she over waxed the head of my left eyebrow. It looked quite strange. She did apologize and asked if she should try to fix it by thinning my right brow. But I didn't like the shape of the overwaxed brow at all. I told her to leave it and that I would just have to wait for the brow to grow out. But it just looks awful and they so obviously do not match. I will likely not come here for my brows again. It is sad because this place is so conveniently located! And the people are very kind, so I was reluctant to leave a less than stellar review.

  • C’étais ma première expérience dans ce salon et ce ne sera pas la dernière. J’ai fais du shellac sur mes ongles naturels et le résultat était très bien. L’endroit est propre et beau. Les outils sortent des emballage de stérilisation. Les limes sont neuves. On ma offert un breuvage durant la séance ce qui est un petit plus positif. La seule chose que j’ai trouvé un peu dommage c’est la selection de couleurs disponible en shellac. J’avais une idée en tête et j’ai du la changer, car il n’y avait pas les couleurs que je souhaitais. Mais mise appart ca, la qualité du vernis est vraiment bonne. Ca fait deux semaines et ca tient encore a la perfection. J’ai meme pas de petit morceau arraché. Le shellac sur ongle naturel est 49$ Je recommande cette endroit pour la bonne qualité et le service.

    Excellent service, Esther and her staff are always welcoming and very professional. Look has an exceptional variety of colours to offer her clients for shellac and regular polish. Always keeping on trend, the girls will definitely counsel you on which colour is best and which application will be the nicest. You always look amazing walking out of Look.. thank you ladies!

    Je suis allée pour ma fête et la dame a pris son temps pour faire ma manicure et ma pédicure. Elle m'a même aidé à mettre mes bottes. En partant, quelques ongles étaient abîmés en allant aux toilettes, je suis retournée et la dame a refait les ongles abîmés sans problèmes. Très bon service, j'y retournerai.

    Came here today for a pedi and a fill with a color change. They did both and I gotta say they has been the best so far !! My pedi came out great and was the best ever !!! My lashes also came out super pretty!!! They gave me the exact shape I asked for and colored them perfect! The Look manicure salon is also cute and spacious, Great experience! Great service! Great crews! Great company.

    Clean and hygienic with professional service. If you’re looking for a super quick service this might not be the place for you because they take the time to do a very good job and don’t rush things.

    Не хочу нікого образити, але манікюр мені не сподобався, майстриня була неуважною під час виконання своіх послуг, покриття шелаком нерівномірне, манікюр робила дуже довго та невпевнено і заплатила я за це майже в 2 рази дорожче ніж сплачую у в’єтнамському салоні, при тому що там дівчата швидкі, уважні та надають послуги на гарному рівні. Можливо інші майстрині працюють краще, але повертатись щоб перевірити це я не маю жодного бажання. А ще покриття шелак не тримається і частково лак відпав
