Every time I go to Look, be it for a shellac Mani, Pedi, facial or waxing I have a truly amazing experience. The staff is always so patient and friendly, helpful with the process of choosing colours and always ready to serve a drink, hot or cold. The spa is sophisticated, beautiful and immaculate. They use personalized files and buffers for each client showing the degree to which their standards are. I am always recommending the salon, it is my place forever, every time I go I have a renewed appreciation for their services.

Paid almost $150 for a standard pedicure and shellac manicure and the shellac manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later. I was staying at a hotel so I didn't even wash dishes or do any work with my hands. In five days I've had to go in twice for fixes. First time they were apologetic, second time they seemed mildly annoyed... It's too bad because the first tech was actually really lovely and personable. I think she got the blame but it must be the polish. I don't think I'll go back.

I love this Look manicure. I always do my manicure and pedicures here. I have also done the deep waxing they has great products. Now i am doing my manicures too. I bring my whole family. The staff is so welcoming and do an amazing job! Not to mention the massages are awesome too. Also the perfect mother daughter dates. Highly recommended this company!!

This place were very friendly, clean, and fun. I have been going there for 2 months now, they even did my massage and were the best! And lastly, my mom has been getting her nails done here for 4 weeks as well and says were great at what they does and reasonably priced.  I recommend this salon!

There are numerous nail salons in Montreal, but very few compare to Look. The service is fabulous: fast without ever being rushed, personalized and professional. The salon is always clean and the ladies who work there, always pleasant. Would highly recommend!

Look manicure was my hair stylist. Crew did a TERRIFIC job.  I will be back. I had them help me cut a new hair style - short hair with bangs and they did a fantastic job.  I brought in a picture of what I wanted. They took a look, asked some questions and went for it.  My hair cut turned out super adorable, and it's so easy to manage because in the morning, all I have to do is wash and go - it can air dry because my hair is short now.  Even when it air dries, my hair still looks very, very cute.  I received a lot of comments from family and coworkers.  My husband said I looked like a little princess - very fresh and clean for the warmer weather.  Their salon's prices are also very reasonable so I'm comfortable going back often to their store.  Really appreciate the great work!  Thank you.
